Jennie Weible is a consultant with more than 20 years of public and industry accounting, operations, and human resources experience. She provides accounting, human resources consulting, litigation support and special project management for clients in various industries and offers outsourcing to clients needing an interim or part-time CFO/Controller.
Jennie has extensive experience as a former human resources manager and her expertise can assist companies to develop, implement and maintain a state-of-the-art Human Resources Program in the areas of employment processes, policy and procedure development, employee counseling, professional growth and development, compensation management, employee and labor relations, internal employee communications, regulatory compliance and HR strategic planning. Jennie assisted a major retailer with an extensive reorganization, store staffing and resource allocation, and the direct oversight of the exit process of employees.
Mrs. Weible’s project management and negotiation skills have allowed her to oversee numerous construction projects including the building of Research and Development laboratories, and handicap access renovations which were completed on time and significantly below budget. In addition, Mrs. Weible is significantly involved in the review or negotiation of service contracts (leases, utilities, etc.) for clients who require her expertise. Mrs. Weible’s negotiation skill has resulted in cost savings of hundreds of thousands of dollars for her clients, and allowed management to concentrate on their core competencies.
In addition to project management Mrs. Weible provides facilities management for clients overseeing various aspects of plant operations, maintenance and as a liaison with landlords.
Mrs. Weible volunteers her time to her Church, community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, and she is active with the North Royalton High School Band Boosters.
